Tim was off school this week for fall break and we really needed some R & R so we dropped Jack off at Grandma and Grandpa's and headed up to Midway to this bed and breakfast called the Johnson Mill. Our room was in the center on the 2nd floor so we had that whole balcony to ourselves. Nice view of the Heber valley too.
There was a pond out back so we took a little canoe ride. I made Tim serenade me.
As we were walking around the grounds we startled this little family of deer. Oops! Scared the poop right outta one of them.

Very fun! Midway is gorgeous, isn't it? I saw a moose there this summer while taking a Eliza on a go-to-sleep ride!
