Jackson has refused to put on his snowsuit/boots etc. to play in the snow this year. Not even talking about or seeing kids on the big sledding hill in the park behind our house was enough to convince him. In the past we would get his snowsuit half way on and he would scream to take it off and then scream I don't like boots! He has gradually warmed up to wearing his hat and gloves and now even asks for them before we leave the house. So today we tried again, hoping that going sledding with his friend Sophia would be enough to change his mind. It was and he loved it.
Jackson has never attempted to climb out of his crib so I have not felt the need to put him in the toddler bed. But in my third trimester it has gotten alot harder to lift him in and out of the crib. Then last week he woke up in the middle of the night screaming for no apparent reason and when I didn't pick him up right away he pulled himself up onto his stomach on the side of the crib. I still don't think he'd climb out but it was obvious he could accidently fall out if he got mad enough. So Tim put the toddler rails on this morning.

How cute is he? I miss the crib because they can't get out! (I was lucky because Owen never mastered getting out). For about a month or so it was horrible moving Owen into a big bed. But now it works out just fine. I hope it goes well for you guys.
