Wisconsin- beach day #2

Our last day in Wisconsin turned out to be the hottest day as well. So we thought another day at the beach would be a nice way to stay cool. 

The kids had fun playing in the freezing cold natural spring on the beach.

Wisconsin Fair and Zoo

We got to go to the Waukesha County Fair and the zoo while we were in Wisconsin

and an impromptu game of kick ball, girls against boys

Wisconsin Day 1

We made it back to Wisconsin in July to surprise Grandpa for his 75th birthday. 

 

We surprised Grandpa at dinner

On our first full day there, we went to the children's museum

Jackson drove a bus

Emery drove a truck

Jackson worked at a post office

and got to lift some freight

Emery and Jackie built a house

Emery got on skis for the first time

They all went for a balloon ride

The guys built the St. Louis Arch

Jackie tried on a hat

Emery played chauffeur for grandpa

and we ended with lunch along the river
